Armor of God

Father, I am strong in the Lord and the power of His might. I put on the whole armor of God so that I will be able to withstand the evil of this day. And having done all, I stand strong with faith having put on the Lord Jesus Christ. I walk in the truth so the evil one touches me not. I put on the belt of truth, for every Word you speak is pure and true and it is life to my soul. I put on the breastplate of righteousness, no weapon formed against me will prosper and every word spoken against me will be shown ineffective, for my righteousness is of you. I put on the shoes of peace so that I may walk in love with my family, friends and enemies. Above all, I pick up the shield of faith so I can deflect all the attacks of Satan. I put on the helmet of salvation, where as my thoughts are pure as I have the mind of Christ. I pick up the sword of the spirit which is the Word of God able to separate spirit and soul and bring every thought captive to the obedience of Christ. I now enter into prayer for myself and all the saints and make my stand against the temptations of the Devil.

Scripture

Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water. Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;) And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works: Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching. - Hebrews 10:22-25 KJV

Scripture

but sanctify Christ as Lord in your hearts, always being ready to make a defense to everyone who asks you to give an account for the hope that is in you, yet with gentleness and reverence; - 1 Peter 3:15 KJV

Scripture

What I tell you in the darkness, speak in the light; and what you hear whispered in your ear, proclaim upon the housetops. - Matthew 10:26-28 KJV
